An iconic mountain resort known globally for its unmatched terrain and vibrant villages, it’s little wonder that Vail can lure attendees by name alone. Your group will revel in this extraordinary mountain destination, where blue skies and sun are found more than 300 days a year. After riding up the gondola, pick up attendees in a snowcat for high-altitude dining at a European-style chalet serving fresh Colorado ingredients and spectacular views of the Sawatch Range.

“We have never met a more professional and classy group of people. Your management staff is incredible. They made everything for us completely stress free. They were always smiling and asking how they can help - and it was genuine, not just part of their job. I never had to worry about a thing! I think you will see some of our folks coming back in the spring, summer and fall seasons, because they didn’t realize there was so much to do - other than ski!”

  • Town Info

The Vail group experience extends far beyond the ski slopes and high-country trails. Few mountain destinations can rival Vail in the sheer amount of après-meeting activities and diversions. After your group is finished skiing, snowshoeing, hiking or biking, they’ll dine on modern Alpine cuisine, stroll along heated walkways, get around by Vail’s complimentary bus service, and be treated to exciting cultural events, including performances by Bolshoi Ballet and New York Philharmonic.
