Welcome to meetings and events unplugged. Here, attendees escape their nine-to-five for the nature of rustling pine and fir forests, rugged peaks, and invigorating mountain air.  At Kirkwood, groups experience a big mountain experience with a small town attitude, with laid-back indoor/outdoor venues and epic high-altitude adventures. Gather the group in the winter for an exhilarating snow cat tour, avalanche course, ice fishing  at Caples Lake or sunset snow shoe treks in the backcountry.

In the summer, groups embark on teambuilding adventures throughout the mountains and wildflower-filled meadows, including scavenger hunts, geocaching, biking, hiking and Frisbee golfing. Attendees will end their night with s’mores around the firepit, while admiring a luminous starlight sky.
